Konferencja PISKP, Zakopane, 25-27 maja 2022
Konferencja skupiła się na problemie niewaloryzowanej od 18 lat ceny badań technicznych, która wynosi obecnie 98 zł. Jest to poważna bariera w rozwoju branży, prowadząca do obniżenia jakości badań i degradacji wyposażenia stacji kontroli pojazdów.
Dr Alvin Gajadhur, Główny Inspektor Transportu Drogowego, zwrócił uwagę, że podczas kontroli drogowych inspekcja zatrzymuje dowody rejestracyjne około 10% pojazdów. Podobną liczbę usterek wykrywaną podczas badań technicznych przedstawił prezes PISKP, mec. Marcin Barankiewicz. Inspekcja prowadzi coraz więcej kontroli drogowych, a liczba zatrzymanych dowodów rejestracyjnych przekracza 40%, jednak pojazdy są do kontroli wstępnie typowane.
Dr Renata Rychter z Ministerstwa Infrastruktury omówiła planowane zmiany w ustawie Prawo o ruchu drogowym, które mają implementować Dyrektywę Parlamentu Europejskiego 2014/45/UE do 1 stycznia 2023 r. Poruszono także temat waloryzacji opłat. Ministerstwo Infrastruktury dostrzega potrzebę podwyżki, ale obawia się reakcji społecznej, zwłaszcza ze strony kierowców.
100-lecie Grupy MTP
27 maja w Sali Ziemi w Poznań Congress Center odbył się finał obchodów 100-lecia Grupy MTP. Prezes Tomasz Kobierski zapowiedział m.in. budowę parkingu wielopoziomowego i nowego placu eventowego, który ma stać się centrum życia miejskiego. Prezydent RP Andrzej Duda przesłał list gratulacyjny i wręczył odznaczenia zasłużonym pracownikom Grupy MTP. Jubileusz zakończył występ tancerzy wykonujących geometryczny balet rąk, przygotowany przez francuskiego choreografa Sadecka Waffa.

The conference focused on the issue of the non-indexed technical inspection fee, which has remained at 98 PLN for 18 years. This has become a significant barrier to the development of the industry, leading to a decline in the quality of inspections and the degradation of vehicle inspection station equipment.
Dr. Alvin Gajadhur, the Chief Road Transport Inspector, pointed out that during road checks, the inspection authorities seize the registration documents of about 10% of vehicles. A similar percentage of defects detected during technical inspections was presented by the President of PISKP, Marcin Barankiewicz. The inspection authorities are conducting an increasing number of road checks, with the number of seized registration documents exceeding 40%, although the vehicles are initially selected for inspection.
Dr. Renata Rychter from the Ministry of Infrastructure discussed the planned changes to the Road Traffic Law, which aim to implement European Parliament Directive 2014/45/EU by January 1, 2023. The issue of fee indexation was also raised. The Ministry of Infrastructure acknowledges the need for a fee increase but is concerned about public reaction, especially from drivers.
100th Anniversary of MTP Group
On May 27, the grand finale of the 100th anniversary celebrations of the MTP Group took place at the Poznań Congress Center’s Sala Ziemi. President Tomasz Kobierski announced plans to build a multi-story parking garage and a new event space that will become a hub of city life. President of Poland, Andrzej Duda sent a congratulatory letter and awarded state honors to the deserving employees of the MTP Group. The anniversary event concluded with a performance of hand geometric ballet by dancers, created by French choreographer Sadeck Waff.
